RECENT SERVICE ENGAGEMENT On Aug. 1, 2008, a Chinese steel mill with 3 million ton¡¯s annual production capacity engaged Eon Capital as its exclusive advisor in capital restructuring and alternative public listing. On Sept. 6, 2008, Eon Capital was engaged by Qiwei Canned Food Co., Ltd., one of the largest canned fruit producers and exporters in China, to provide corporate strategy advisory services. On Jan. 6, 2009, Ruijing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., engaged Eon Capital as exclusive advisor on the Company¡¯s project financing. On June 1, 2007, Eon Capital reached agreement with Oumei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. of Qingdao to act as its advisor in corporate restructuring and capital raising. Oumei is the 7th largest real estate developer in Qingdao, China. On April 1, 2007, Eon Capital was engaged by Sentaida Group, Inc. to provide corporate advisory services to this largest tire distributor in China.
